Barry Paperno - Consumer Affairs Manager - FICO
Barry Paperno serves as Consumer Affairs Manager for FICO (Fair Isaac Corporation) and Community Manager for the MyFICO Forums online community. He has advised consumers and businesses on FICO credit scoring since 1995. Before joining FICO, Barry managed the Bay Area consumer assistance offices for Experian Information Solutions. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay.

Sean O'Driscoll - Co-Founder, CEO, and Ant Advocate - Ant's Eye View
Prior to co-founding Ant’s Eye View, Sean was a 15 year veteran at Microsoft Corporation. In his most recent capacity as General Manager, Community Support Services, Sean was responsible for developing social media and community-based support models and leading the global Microsoft MVP program. The MVP program was designed to award and recognize amazing individuals in technical communities around the globe who share a passion for technology and the spirit of community. Sean is the co-chair of the influencer council for the Word of Mouth Marketing Association, and graduated from Pacific University (1992) in Forest Grove, Oregon, with degrees in business administration and philosophy. Parking Directions: The Clift Hotel is conveniently located on the corner of Geary and Taylor just 3 blocks from the Powell Street Bart Station. If you’re driving to the event, the parking garage at 415 Taylor across the street from the hotel is $8 before 10am. Or you can use the Clift Hotel valet parking which is $50 plus tax and gratuity.
